Signed agreement and deposit are due by the day specified in each contract. Failure to submit signed contract and deposit by this date will result in cancellation of reservation.
Cancellation and player reduction policy is as follows:
- Groups of 50 or more may cancel any number of players up to 30 days prior to the date of play with no penalty.
14 -29 days = 50 % refund. 0-13 days = No refund
- Groups of 12-49 players may cancel any number of players up to 20 days prior to the date of play with no penalty.
- 10-19 days = 50 % refund. 0-9 days = No refund.
SHOTGUN RESERVATIONS
and deposits for shotguns are none refundable. For Shotguns and events larger than 100 players a deposit is required 3 months in advance (non-refundable). The balance is due 2 months prior to actual date of play.

Prepayment must be received at least 60 days before actual date of play, in order to guarantee reserved tee times for consecutive games.
A dress code of appropriate golf attire will be strictly enforced. No swimwear, cut-offs, or tank tops will be allowed. Collared shirt required.
Any incidentals incurred shall be paid by the individual or billed to the master account of the group, as determined prior to the event.
Players may not bring their own food and/or beverages to the club house or golf course. If a player or group wants to introduce food or beverages, there will be a penalty fee of $25.00 usd per player. Food and beverages must be purchased at the course. For lunch box orders or to set up an account with one of the beverage carts, please advise group manager. For ordering number of Box Lunches, breakfast, or lunch it must be required at least 2 weeks in advance, any number of cancellations of this services must be made 1 week in advance otherwise it will be charged.
Written notice of the names of all participants and any special request for tournaments must be returned within 14 days of your scheduled tee times/dates in order to avoid automatic forfeiture of your scheduled times. Please note that we require one-week notice to handle any special function request. Any changes to pairings will not be received after 48 hours prior to actual date of play.
TRANSPORTATION
Only $5 usd round trip for guests at surrounding hotels in Cabo Real Development (only Cabo Real Golf Course)
